About this service:

For adults in Nottingham city and Nottinghamshire, regardless of the severity of their alcohol problems. Last Orders offers confidential and practical advice and delivers a range of local alcohol services. Provides access to treatment and works with GP practices, the wider community and other alcohol services, to ensure people receive the right treatment at the right time. Operates a range of services, including a triage (specialist alcohol assessment) service, recovery service (for people who have been assessed, offering a range of psycho-social therapies for up to five months, including abstinence treatments and moderation groups) and the Last Orders Intensive Case Management service (aims to engage the most problematic drinkers in treatment and co-ordinate their care).

Last Orders is open to anyone with an alcohol problem.

Patients who live in Nottingham City and over the age of 18 can self refer to this service by calling 0800 066 5362.
